Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of O3 Host Pakistan hosting, domains and related services.
Last updated: March 31, 2026
1. Account Setup and Responsibilities
1.1 Eligibility: By registering for an account with O3 Host Pakistan, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
1.2 Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.
1.3 Responsibility for Use: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
1.4 Agreement Acceptance: By registering for and using O3 Host Pakistan services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Provision and Acceptable Use
2.1 Hosting Services: We will provide hosting services according to the plan you have selected. The details of the services, including pricing, features, and limitations, are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Resource Usage
2.2 The Cloud Hosting Services comprise the provision of web space on our servers to enable you to upload pages and files for the purpose of publishing websites.
2.3 The Cloud Hosting Services allow you 'unlimited' server space for normal routine "non-file-distribution" web usage. For websites that allow downloading of video, audio or other files we reserve the right to impose a bandwidth limit of two hundred and fifty (250) gigabytes per calendar month. Non-file-distribution usage will remain unaffected by any limit imposed on downloading of video, audio or other files.
2.4 In your use of the Cloud Hosting Services, you may not:
- use more than 10% of our platform's processing capacity. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems, including (but not limited to) CGI scripts and intensive FTP, PHP or HTTP operations.
- run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes or any daemons; including (but not limited to) IRCd.
- run any type of web spider or indexer.
- run any software that interfaces with an Internet Relay Chat network.
- run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. You may link to legal torrent files off-site, but may not host or store them on our servers.
- participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities.
- run any gaming servers.
- run entries or other scheduled tasks other than by configuring them through our control panel.
- operate a proxy website or service.
- act as a remote file host for other websites.
- operate self-hosted file sync or similar "cloud storage" based services including (but not limited to) OwnCloud, Pydio and Sparkleshare.
2.5 You must not use the Hosting Services as an offsite backup facility. Therefore, all files uploaded to our servers as part of your usage of the Hosting Services must be visible and accessible to the outside world (web-visible) unless they are needed to operate the website of which they form part. We reserve the right to delete files or directories that are not web-visible without giving notice to you.
2.6 All pages of websites stored on our servers as part of the Hosting Services will be available to search engines unless you take action to prevent this. If you wish to optimise your web pages for search engines, you agree to use coding and techniques which comply fully with the guidelines issued by Google, Bing, Yahoo and other large search engines.
2.7 MySQL Databases are limited to 1024 megabytes in size; when they reach this size we will notify you.
Prohibited Uses
2.8 You may use the Hosting Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Hosting Services:
- in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
- to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards.
- to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (also known as SPAM) to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
Content Standards
2.9 These content standards apply to any and all material that you allow to be hosted through the Hosting Services and to any interactive services associated with it. You must comply with the spirit of the following standards. The standards apply to each part of any Material as well as to its whole.
2.10 Material must:
- be accurate (where they state facts).
- be genuinely held (where they state opinions).
- comply with applicable law in the UK, Pakistan, and in any country from which they are posted.
2.11 Material must not:
- contain any material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, or pornographic.
- promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
- be likely to deceive any person or be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
- promote any illegal activity or advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act (e.g., copyright infringement or computer misuse).
- be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience, needless anxiety, harassment, alarm or embarrassment.
- be used to impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
2.12 We take a zero tolerance stance against the sending of unsolicited email, bulk emailing and spam. We may terminate the account of any user who sends out spam with or without notice.
2.13 Websites advertised as spam may not be hosted on our servers. This provision includes, but is not limited to, spam sent via fax, phone, postal mail, email, instant messaging or newsgroups. Any user account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
2.14 O3 Host Pakistan reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any website, account, database or component that does not comply with our policy, and reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited email a clean-up fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal at our sole discretion.
3. Payment, Billing, and Domains
3.1 Payment Terms: You agree to pay the fees associated with the hosting services according to the pricing and billing terms specified on our website. Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period.
3.2 Service Renewal & Final Deadlines: An invoice is generated 7 days before the due date. On the 1st day after the due date, the service will be automatically suspended in the event of non-payment.
3.3 Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which can be found on our website. Eligible refunds will be issued according to the terms outlined in the refund policy.
3.4 Account Credit Balances: Any funds added or credited to your O3 Host Pakistan account as a credit balance are final. Once funds are credited to the account, they cannot be refunded to the original payment method or reversed under any circumstances.
Domain Registration & Renewal Policy
3.5 Domain Renewals & Expiration: Domain names must be renewed on or before the expiration date to ensure continuous ownership. If a domain is not renewed by its due date, it will expire and any associated services (like custom emails and the website) will stop functioning.
3.6 Domain Grace, Redemption & Restoration Fees: If a domain is not renewed by its due date, it will enter a grace period during which a grace period fee will be applied in addition to the standard renewal rate. After the grace period ends, the domain enters a redemption period, which requires paying a redemption fee as listed on our website. If both the grace and redemption periods have passed and you still wish to renew or recover the domain, a restoration fee will be charged as decided by the domain registry.
3.7 Premium Domain Registration Policy: O3 Host Pakistan does not support the registration of premium domains—domains classified by registrars as high-value or exclusive. If a premium domain name is inadvertently registered through our platform, the total amount paid for that domain will be credited to the customer's account with O3 Host Pakistan, which can be used later for any other purchase/renewal. No cash refunds will be issued. Order confirmations for premium domains hold no validity due to our policy restrictions. The same applies if someone tries to register suspended domains by other registrars as the system might show them available sometimes.
4. Data Security, Backups, and Uptime
4.1 Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and files. We highly recommend regularly backing up your data to remote locations to prevent loss in the event of hardware failure, user error, data corruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Data Retention Policy (Post-Due Date): In the event of non-payment, customer hosting data will be retained securely in a suspended state up to the 7th day after the due date. A final warning will be sent on the 6th day. The 7th day is the last possible day to recover your files. If no payment is received by the end of the 7th day, all customer data will be permanently deleted on the 8th day without further notice. It is your responsibility to maintain your own backups, as O3 Host Pakistan shall not be liable for any loss of data following service termination.
4.3 Data Backups (Under TOS Violation): In case of a Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violation, data backups will not be offered.
4.4 Network Uptime (SLA): O3 Host Pakistan strives to maintain a 99.9% network and server uptime. This guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, user-caused errors, and circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
5. Suspension and Termination
5.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your hosting service at any time by following the cancellation procedure specified on our billing portal. No refunds will be provided for early termination outside of the standard refund window.
5.2 Termination by Us (General & Billing): We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement. In the case of non-payment, your service will be suspended on the 1st day after the due date. The 7th calendar day after the due date is your final chance to recover your account. If the invoice remains unpaid, the service and all related data will be permanently terminated and deleted on the 8th calendar day. We shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from such termination.
5.3 Suspension and Termination (Acceptable Use Policy): We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of our acceptable use policies through your use of the Hosting Services. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, which may include: immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Hosting Services; immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Material uploaded to our servers; the issue of a warning; legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis; or disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
6. Liability, Indemnification, and Force Majeure
6.1 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall O3 Host be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the month the incident occurred.
6.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless O3 Host Pakistan, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
6.4 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures.
7. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Consumer Rights
7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom & Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2 Jurisdiction and Arbitration: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom & Pakistan. Alternatively, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Pakistan or UK arbitration authority.
7.3 Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms of Service shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer, if applicable, under the laws of your jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content, trademarks, and materials displayed on our website and used in our services are the property of O3 Host Pakistan or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
8.2 You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or host using our services, and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

You may be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
